Traditional Fit - 90 min
Indoors on a stationary bike. Includes posture assessment, seat adjustments, handlebar and stem adjustments, cleat and shoe adjustments.
Rolling Bike Fit - 90 min
Everyone feels different on the road than they do on a trainer, so we highly recommend taking your bike on the road with a Leborne fitter. Posture affects comfort on a bike, and we can more accurately assess habits and form while in motion.
Spin Scan - 60 min
What do you do with your pedal stroke? Do you create power? Do you have dead spots? This will give you a visual of where your strong and weak areas are, and will allow us to diagnose where you can begin engaging more muscles for pedaling efficiency.
Riding with the Coaches
Private Lessons - 60 min
This is a great avenue if you need something topic-specific. We've had athletes request private lessons for learning to clip in, how to get out of the saddle on a climb, specific handling skill practice, or for running form analysis. This is as custom and specific to your needs as it gets.
Semi-Private Group Rides
Small group settings of 3-8 riders allow for more individualized attention. And in a small group, you can learn skills that you can't learn solo or in a large pack either. We focus on interval-specific training, pace lines, and etiquette you need to know to ride anywhere comfortably in the world. Check our calendar to see our available rides.
Topic-Specific clinics are a great way to increase your knowledge and skill. Rider numbers are capped to 20 to ensure a positive experience for everyone. Topics can range from cornering to climbing. We'll announce details prior to each clinic generally a few weeks in advance.
VO2 Testing - 60 min
VO2 Testing isn't just for elite level athletes. VO2 tests reveal your expenditure of carbohydrate vs fat for fuel, your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds, your estimated functional threshold power, and your ability to utilize oxygen efficiently. We can gain a more appropriate gauge of where your endurance ability lies and how to customize a program that suits your goals.
Power Profile Testing - 80 min
Much more detailed than the standard 20 min FTP test, athletes will be given a very specific interval progression to identify not only a threshold power, but also a complete profile of power segments. From the results, we are able to more accurately identify a rider's strengths and "type" (i.e. sprinter, endurance rider) and how to develop those strengths.
RMR Testing - 30 min
A proper nutrition plan starts with knowing what your Resting Metabolic Rate is. How many calories you burn at rest is key to fueling the body. The metabolic cart will give you an accurate reading of calories burned on a daily basis.
Individual Consultation - 60 min

Equipment Consultation - 60 min
Should you buy a 54 or 56 cm bike? Which power meter is best for you? What wheel set upgrade will be best for your IM triathlon? All of these are great questions, and Leborne can steer you in the right direction. From buying the right bike size to pairing all your devices to your brand new Garmin computer, if it's equipment-related, we can offer some guidance to give you peace of mind about your purchase.
Nutrition Consultation - monthly
Whether you're aiming for weight loss or a plan to fuel your endurance training and races, we can provide structure to ensure you're seeing results. Nutrition is integral to performance and efficiency. Commit to 3 months of nutrition work with us, and we'll comp your initial RMR.
