Our team of Ambassadors are an elite few who love a dirty challenge. They are…

Brent Findlay "silent beast"

Private contractor by trade, Brent can throw down some mean shower tiles...but nothing compares to his willingness to suffer on a bike and go the extra mile. Chosen for his quiet leadership and ability to never give up.

caro poole "entertainment provider"

Canadian through and through - which maybe explains why Caro rides in the dead of winter when everyone else is on a trainer. This girl is the life of the party! With prior experience organizing races and planning events for Lululemon, she's here to make it an amazing time for everyone involved.

Olivier laviguer - pain cave lover

Also Canadian, we're pretty sure Oli is really a sandbagging pro, because this guy will ride until he drops.  A cat 1 racer on the road, cyclocross, and mountain bike, he can also build a frame. That's right...he is THE carbon guy for Allied Cycle Works.

barb mariani - honey badger

Barb is a great leader in the community on and off the bike. A well-known attorney in Little Rock, Barb races in just about every discipline - mtb, gravel, cx, road racing, crits. Ok crits are her least favorite! But she cycles out of love for the sport, and we're excited to have her on board.

katy simmons - mama with attitude

Katy has a giving personality and keeps it real. She's a no-bull-shit kinda girl who can hold her own. She's a wife, mom of two, cat 3 road racer, software writer, and local philanthropist. Katy loves to travel and see the world, but also loves calling Arkansas home.

neil simmons - surprise bandit

Neil is a jokester - known for his impressions and funny faces, he keeps the group laughing and lighthearted 6 hours into a long ride. He mixes up disciplines between road, cx, and gravel. Neil also comes in handy on adventures as our go-to fix-it handyman...and happens to be Katy's other half!
