Imagine the perfect day on a bike, and that was this day. Our November dirt ride landed in the Ozarks — a loop starting and ending at a speck on the map named Jerusalem. Jerusalem (Arkansas) consists of a gas station. And a school. Blink and you’ll miss it.

Our biggest climbing route yet, this ride’s elevation gain boasted almost 6000ft in 60 miles. Hard-packed gravel switchbacks, two river crossings, good company, a midpoint beer stop with our cooler of Lost Forty brews in the sag wagon…perfection.


The morale of this group never disappoints. I laugh even when I’m hurting.
