Intervals and Handling 2 hr Group Ride

These small group rides are catered toward growing fitness and skill.

The first hour will target fitness with specific interval work. The second hour will focus on skill-based work. Riders can expect to grow in:

  • pushing different efforts

  • maximizing terrain and gears

  • climbing more effectively and efficiently

  • creating speed/holding speed

  • handling the bike more confidently
