Copy of Foundational Flow and Stretch (Studio)

The perfect way to stabilize during the week.  This class focuses on fundamentals, pedal stroke efficiency, form, and loosening up the legs with some cadence drills + some light intervals.  Bring your yoga mat for 10 minutes of post-ride stretching, specific to cycling-related muscles.
