You may not have all the time you want on your bike...but that doesn't mean you can't make the most of every ride. Let us give you direction on how to maximize your ride time, preparing you for your goals, weekend rides, and events.
I have 4-6 hrs/week to train
I can ride 2-3 weekdays (45-60 min/day) and like to get 1 long weekend ride.
I have 6-8 hrs/week to train
I have 3-4 weekdays (45-60min/day) available, and would like to do 1 long weekend ride and 1 weekend short ride.
I have 8+ hrs/week to train
I can ride most days during the week, and like to get back to back long days on the weekend.
